Fire Water Recipe

 In Blog

This little concoction is spicy, but good for your gut. Mike Sakamoto introduced it to me and I love it. I only drink it a small shot at a time. This is not a medication or a prescription, and use it at your own discretion.

  1. get a tall glass container with a good lid

  2. fill 1/3 of the container with some good quality apple cider vinegar

  3. put in 3-4 long sprigs of rosemary

  4. 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic… quartered

  5. 1/2 to 2 thinly sliced Habenero chiles – depending on how spicy you want it

  6. 1/2 to 2 thinly sliced Serano chiles – depending on how spicy you want it

  7. fill the remainder of the bottle to the top with filtered water and put on the lid

  8. wait about 4 hours at room temp

  9. taste and refrigerate afterwards

  10. ENJOY!
