My Perfect Client….

Becca Borawski from Breaking Muscle invited me to write a post and I thank her for the opportunity! In this article I have decided to kill two birds with one stone. First, writing about my perfect client was an exercise in growing a healthy business. It helped me identify my client base to reduce overall frustration, and it helped me in the marketing sense by knowing who to appeal to. Second, I wanted to share this exercise with other trainers and practitioners so they can find out who their perfect client is as well.

So here is my take on who my perfect client is:

NEN Workout:

*Walk 30 minutes and at each 5 minute mark alternate 10 air squats and 10 push ups.
