Fire Water Recipe
This little concoction is spicy, but good for your gut. Mike Sakamoto introduced it to me and I love it. I only drink it a small shot at a time. This is not a medication or a prescription, and use it at your own discretion.
-
get a tall glass container with a good lid
-
fill 1/3 of the container with some good quality apple cider vinegar
-
put in 3-4 long sprigs of rosemary
-
1-2 cloves of fresh garlic… quartered

1/2 to 2 thinly sliced Habenero chiles – depending on how spicy you want it

1/2 to 2 thinly sliced Serano chiles – depending on how spicy you want it
-
fill the remainder of the bottle to the top with filtered water and put on the lid
-
wait about 4 hours at room temp

taste and refrigerate afterwards
